Your Teacher
Hi everyone! I'm
Miss Duffy and
I am super excited for my first year of teaching. I am originally
from Massapequa, NY. I attended Sacred Heart University and received my
BA in Sociology. While at Sacred Heart I played four years of Varsity
Volleyball and was named Captain my senior year. During my fifth year
at Sacred Heart, I completed a year-long internship and my student
teaching at Jane Ryan School in Trumbull, CT. Upon completion of this
program, I received my Master of Arts in Teaching as well as my CT
State Elementary Teaching Certificate. In
my free time I enjoy reading, going to
the movies, watching the New York Islanders and spending time with my
Jack Russell Terrier.
